Role
The Commercial Director will have the responsibility to coordinate and develop the commercial strategy of RASIROM, with the objective of consolidating the customer and partner portfolio, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting the sustainable growth of the company's economic performance.
Profile of the candidate
We are looking for a professional with relevant experience in commercial management and business development, able to understand both the commercial dimension and the technical and institutional complexity of RASIROM's projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, B2B sales, or contract management, preferably in technical fields, IT&C, security, infrastructure, or services for the public sector;
- Experience in defining and implementing commercial strategies and identifying new development and growth opportunities for the business;
- Experience in managing relationships with customers and institutional partners, as well as in developing and maintaining long-term commercial relationships;
- Knowledge of the technological solutions and security market, with the ability to understand the company's products and services and translate them into commercial solutions adapted to the beneficiary's needs;
- Experience in preparing commercial offers, participating in procurement procedures, and negotiating contracts, including in contexts with complex technical and administrative requirements;
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities and strategic projects and to follow up on the transformation of opportunities into contracts;
- Solid negotiation, argumentation, and representation skills of the company in relation to beneficiaries, partners, suppliers, and other organizations;
- Experience in contract management and monitoring of commercial obligations, from offer and negotiation to implementation and contract completion;
- Ability to work with commercial objectives, budgets, performance indicators, and sales forecasts, providing management with a clear picture of the evolution of the commercial portfolio;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, legal, financial, and management teams to build feasible and sustainable commercial offers;
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented, combined with an understanding of the specifics of complex projects and long-term commercial relationships;
- Professional integrity, discretion, and responsibility, given the nature of the activity and the specificity of the company's beneficiaries and projects;
- Ability to make informed commercial decisions and manage complex situations, difficult negotiations, and divergent interests without losing sight of the company's objectives;
- University degree, preferably in economics, technical, legal, or relevant fields for the company's activity;
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows negotiation and management of documentation and relationships with external partners.

BIAS 2026: RASIROM transforms its participation in BIAS into a community initiative
For the third consecutive year, RASIROM participated in the Bucharest International Air Show – BIAS 2026, held at the Băneasa - Aurel Vlaicu Airport, continuing its social responsibility initiative dedicated to supporting children in the care of the General Directorate of Social Assistance of the Bucharest Municipality – DGASMB.
Under the message "Investing in people and technology for a stronger community", RASIROM's presence at BIAS 2026 meant more than participating in one of the most important aviation events in Romania. The RASIROM stand became a meeting point for partners, collaborators and visitors who chose to support a common cause and contribute to transforming individual involvement into concrete support for the community.
The funds collected during the event will be used to support socio-educational projects dedicated to children in the care of DGASMB, thus continuing the initiative started in previous editions of BIAS.

RASIROM participates, on August 29, 2026, in the 16th edition of the Bucharest International Air Show – BIAS, organized at the Bucharest Băneasa - Aurel Vlaicu International Airport.
For the third consecutive year, RASIROM's participation in one of the most important aviation events in Romania integrates a component of social responsibility, through the continuation of the campaign "Investing in people and technology for a stronger community", carried out through the RASIROM Foundation, in partnership with the General Directorate of Social Assistance of the Bucharest Municipality – DGASMB.
The campaign aims to support children and young people in the care of DGASMB, coming from disadvantaged families or in situations of social vulnerability. For this year's edition, the initiative has in view the support of a group of children, by covering concrete needs regarding access to education, clothing, footwear, care products and other necessary resources for their development.
BIAS 2026: experience, interaction and solidarity
Throughout the day of August 29, between 10:00 and 22:00, the RASIROM team will be present at the official stand in the VIP area of the Băneasa Airport, in a space dedicated to both institutional representation and the promotion and support of the social cause.
Visitors will have access to a series of activations and experiences prepared together with the campaign partners, designed to create a framework for interaction and involvement around the initiative.
Through this initiative, RASIROM aims to transform the visibility and energy of one of the most important aviation events in Romania into a concrete opportunity for community involvement.
An initiative that continues
In the context of previous editions, through the donations collected, approximately 30 children and young people in the care of DGASMB have benefited from personalized packages, adapted to individual needs, which included clothing items, footwear for the cold season, personal care products, school supplies and educational materials necessary for the start of the school year.
The results of the previous editions have confirmed the capacity of this initiative to mobilize the public and partners around a cause with clear social finality and have created the premises for the development of a recurrent campaign, associated with RASIROM's participation in BIAS.
In 2026, RASIROM continues this initiative through the RASIROM Foundation, consolidating its commitment to social responsibility, active involvement in the community and support for projects with concrete impact on beneficiaries.

RASIROM, the technological partner of CNAS in the development of the "e-Sănătatea Mea" platform
Recently, a conference was held dedicated to the presentation of the national "e-Sănătatea Mea" platform, during which representatives of the authorities, the medical system and technological partners discussed the digitization of the public health system.
The event was attended by Laurențiu Trocan, the President of the RASIROM Administration Council, who presented the role of the new platform in the national digital ecosystem and RASIROM's contribution to the development of information and security infrastructures that support its operation.
The "e-Sănătatea Mea" platform represents an important step in modernizing the relationship between citizens and the public health system. Through this platform, patients will be able to access medical information and digital services in a simple and secure manner, such as medical history, prescriptions, referral tickets, paid services and medical appointments. The platform is announced to be available to patients starting from September 1, 2026.
Laurențiu Trocan emphasized that the project should be seen as part of a broader national digital ecosystem, in which the information systems of public institutions must communicate securely and efficiently: "The integrated platforms we develop have the role of making the citizen's life easier. While medical professionals deal with the effectiveness of medical acts, our responsibility is to contribute to the efficiency of the system and ensure that the resources used generate the maximum possible value".
The President of the RASIROM Administration Council explained that the digitization of the health system is closely linked to other strategic projects carried out at the national level, such as the electronic identity card and the modernization of the Ministry of Finance and ANAF platforms.
The interconnection of these systems will allow for automatic and secure verification of the citizen's identity, insured status, and necessary information for the implementation of administrative processes, including the issuance and payment of medical leave.
Secure infrastructure for protecting medical data
RASIROM's contribution to the development of the platform involved both the development of software components and the operationalization of the hardware infrastructure and data centers dedicated to the project.
These infrastructures were designed to keep citizens' medical data under the direct control of CNAS and to protect them through advanced cybersecurity solutions, operational continuity, and information protection.
"Romanians' health data must remain under the direct control of the National Health Insurance House. For this reason, the infrastructure was built with a very high level of security, including from a cybersecurity perspective", added Laurențiu Trocan.
The new technical architecture allows for the further development of the platform and the integration of additional functionalities, depending on the needs of patients and medical professionals. Among these, notifications regarding periodic medical checks, analysis, prevention, or other patient-oriented digital services can be included.
In this context, during the conference, Horațiu-Remus Moldovan, the President of CNAS, highlighted RASIROM's team contribution to the project: "I would like to extend special thanks to RASIROM's team, the technological partner who, through their expertise and dedication, has transformed this vision into a modern, secure, and functional digital platform".

Rasirom opens registrations for a new edition of the practice and internship programs dedicated to students and graduates passionate about technology, who want to develop their skills in a professional environment, oriented towards large-scale projects and cutting-edge technologies.
